Using this site

These terms apply to your use of techteki.com (the “site”), operated by Tech Teki. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on the site

The site describes our software products, services and past work for general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and it is not an offer that becomes a contract when accepted.

Product features, availability, pricing and support are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. Figures such as the number of websites we host or apps we have built are reported by Tech Teki and reflect the date they were last updated.

Demo and project requests

Submitting a request through the site does not create a contract, an account or access to any Tech Teki product or the Client Hub. Any work, pilot, trial or subscription is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Tech Teki.

Products and the Client Hub

CivSpot, Zatract and the Tech Teki Client Hub are separate services with their own sign-in, terms and policies. Using them is governed by those terms and by your agreement with us, not by these website terms.

Ownership of content

The Tech Teki name, logo, product names and the content and design of this site belong to Tech Teki and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client names, logos, websites and screenshots shown in our portfolio belong to their owners and are shown to describe our work. Product screens marked as illustrative use demo data.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or other people's data
• Disrupt the site, overload it or introduce malicious code
• Use automated tools to copy large parts of the site
• Submit false information, or information about someone else without their permission

Links to other websites

The site links to websites we do not control, including client websites and product sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tech Teki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. This does not limit any rights or obligations under a separate written agreement you have with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
